Rather scientific than intuitive. Women would have discussed it differently I suppose.<br /><br />And more tips on dosa making: A's tips + rubbing onion/ salt on the tawa helps. The dosa comes out clean. <br />Make sute the batter is not too cold (just out of the refrigerator) when spreading on the tawa.
